Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, programs, workshops, mentorship services, corporate trainings, learner dashboard, course materials, communities, certificates, and related services offered under the name KIDLIN School of AI (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by KIDLIN Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("KIDLIN," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, registering for a free workshop, enrolling in a paid program, using the learner dashboard, joining a KIDLIN community, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, school, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Services Covered
KIDLIN provides practical AI education and training. The Services may include, without limitation:
free live AI workshops and demo sessions;
live cohort-based programs such as the KIDLIN AI Builder Accelerator and AI Engineering Accelerator;
private AI Transformation Mentorship or other one-on-one services;
corporate training, team workshops, and customized business training;
learner dashboard access, curriculum, PDFs, templates, prompt libraries, guides, and assignments;
session PDFs, slides, and other digital learning materials;
community access, including Discord or other third-party communities;
certificates of completion or participation, where applicable.
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement we have with you or your organization.
3. Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid Services or create an account in your own name. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If a learner is under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process, provide consent, supervise the learner's participation, and communicate with KIDLIN on the learner's behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for the minor's use of the Services, attendance, conduct, submissions, and compliance with these Terms.
KIDLIN may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we believe a learner does not meet eligibility requirements, lacks required parental/guardian consent, or uses the Services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Registration, Accounts, and OTP Login
To register for a workshop, enroll in a paid program, or access the learner dashboard, you may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, country, role, learning goals, certificate name, and payment-related information.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information updated. KIDLIN is not responsible for missed communications, certificate errors, enrollment issues, or access issues caused by inaccurate or outdated information.
KIDLIN may use password less email-based one-time password (OTP) login. You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of your email account. You may not share your dashboard access, OTPs, login links, resources, PDFs, or account access with any other person.
5. Payments, Fees, Taxes, and No-Refund Policy
You agree to pay all fees displayed to you or agreed in writing for the Services you purchase. Fees may be charged in U.S. dollars, Indian rupees, or another supported currency depending on your location, payment method, and the specific Service. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank fees, currency conversion fees, payment processor fees, and other charges imposed by third parties.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Razorpay, or other payment processors. Your use of those payment services may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy policies. KIDLIN does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details unless expressly stated and permitted by law.
No refunds: Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by KIDLIN in writing, all payments made to KIDLIN are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, including payments for live cohorts, mentorship, workshops, corporate trainings, dashboard access, digital resources, certificates, and community access. KIDLIN may, in its sole discretion, offer a credit, transfer, or other accommodation, but is not obligated to do so unless required by law or a separate written agreement.
If you choose not to attend, stop participating, experience a scheduling conflict, fail to access the dashboard, fail to complete assignments, or do not use the materials provided, you remain responsible for the fees paid or agreed to be paid. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Cohorts, Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Access Periods
Live programs are delivered according to the schedule communicated on the website, in confirmation emails, inside the learner dashboard, or by KIDLIN staff. Times may be displayed in one or more time zones. You are responsible for confirming the correct time zone and attending sessions on time.
KIDLIN may reschedule, postpone, replace, or modify session dates, instructors, tools covered, curriculum order, exercises, or delivery format due to operational needs, instructor availability, technical issues, low enrollment, force majeure events, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled learners of material schedule changes.
Access to the Services, dashboard, resources, community, and certificates may be limited by program, cohort, payment status, completion status, and access period. Payment does not grant unlimited lifetime access unless KIDLIN expressly states otherwise in writing.
7. Course Materials and Limited License
All curriculum, slides, PDFs, templates, prompt libraries, guides, worksheets, examples, website content, logos, graphics, designs, software, and other materials provided by KIDLIN are owned by KIDLIN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, KIDLIN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials solely for your own personal learning or, for corporate clients, internal business training purposes as agreed in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, publish, share, upload, transmit, scrape, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or commercially exploit KIDLIN materials without prior written permission.
8. Live Sessions and Participant Conduct
KIDLIN live sessions are designed for real-time participation. KIDLIN does not provide learner access to class replays unless expressly agreed in writing for a separate engagement.
You may not record, screen record, download, copy, photograph, transcribe, reproduce, distribute, or share any live session, dashboard content, PDF, resource, community content, or other KIDLIN material without written permission. Attempting to bypass access controls, download restrictions, watermarking, streaming controls, or other technical protections is prohibited.
You must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, learners, and community members. Harassment, hate speech, threats, abusive language, spam, unauthorized promotion, illegal activity, academic dishonesty, disruption, or misuse of community spaces may result in removal from a session, community, program, or dashboard without refund.
9. AI Tools, Third-Party Platforms, and AI Outputs
KIDLIN may demonstrate, discuss, or help learners use third-party AI tools, software, platforms, websites, APIs, video conferencing tools, payment providers, analytics tools, communication tools, and community platforms. Examples may include tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google tools, Lovable, Zoom, Stripe, Discord, and similar services.
Third-party tools are not controlled by KIDLIN and may change, become unavailable, charge fees, impose usage limits, or require separate accounts. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and restrictions.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. KIDLIN provides education and training, not guaranteed answers, professional advice, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, tax advice, immigration advice, or employment advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI outputs responsibly.
10. Certificates
KIDLIN may issue certificates of completion or participation for certain programs. Certificate eligibility may depend on factors such as enrollment status, payment status, attendance, participation, completion of required activities, completion of projects, conduct, and administrative approval.
KIDLIN certificates are evidence of participation or completion in a KIDLIN program only. They do not represent college credit, academic accreditation, professional licensure, government certification, employment qualification, or a guarantee of skill level unless expressly stated by KIDLIN in writing.
KIDLIN may withhold, correct, reissue, or revoke a certificate if we determine that it was issued in error, obtained through misrepresentation, associated with non-payment, or connected to conduct that violates these Terms.
11. User Submissions, Feedback, and Testimonials
You may submit information, messages, assignments, project work, feedback, survey responses, reviews, testimonials, images, profile information, or other content to KIDLIN or through the Services ("User Submissions"). You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your User Submissions. However, you grant KIDLIN a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, and process User Submissions as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate the dashboard, evaluate progress, provide feedback, issue certificates, improve our programs, and comply with law.
KIDLIN will not use your name, photo, company name, testimonial, or project as public marketing material without your consent, except where the content has already been made public by you or where permitted by law.
12. Communications
By registering for a workshop, submitting a form, enrolling in a program, or creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and service-related communications from KIDLIN, including registration confirmations, calendar information, reminders, payment confirmations, dashboard access emails, OTP emails, course updates, certificate notices, and support messages.
If you consent, KIDLIN may also send marketing, promotional, educational, or follow-up communications by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send transactional or account-related communications.
13. Corporate Training
Corporate training, team workshops, custom training, and business engagements may be subject to a separate proposal, statement of work, services agreement, invoice, purchase order, or written contract. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed written agreement between KIDLIN and a corporate client, the signed written agreement controls for that engagement.
14. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or these Terms;
- share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account, OTP, dashboard access, community access, PDFs, resources, or materials;
- copy, scrape, reproduce, download, record, redistribute, or commercially exploit KIDLIN materials without permission;
- use the Services to create harmful, illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or malicious content;
- upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, overload systems, or interfere with the Services;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, submit false information, or enroll on behalf of another person without authorization;
- harass, threaten, defame, abuse, spam, or disrupt KIDLIN staff, instructors, learners, or community members.
15. No Outcome Guarantees
KIDLIN is an education and training company. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, including any job, promotion, income increase, business outcome, productivity improvement, client acquisition, investment result, exam result, technical skill level, or AI capability. Results depend on many factors outside KIDLIN's control, including your effort, background, attendance, practice, tools used, business context, and market conditions.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDLIN disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
KIDLIN does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with your devices, or available at all times, or that defects will be corrected. Internet, device, software, payment, email, Zoom, third-party platform, or AI tool issues may affect your experience.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDLIN and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, opportunities, or revenue, arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIDLIN's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to KIDLIN for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability, or $100 if you used only free Services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KIDLIN and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, instructors, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Submissions, your violation of law, or your violation of any third-party rights.
19. Suspension and Termination
KIDLIN may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any Service, dashboard, community, resource, certificate, or account if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay applicable fees, created risk for KIDLIN or others, misused the Services, or engaged in conduct that we determine to be inappropriate or harmful.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, restrictions on materials, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
21. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, communities, payment processors, AI tools, videos, resources, or services. KIDLIN is not responsible for third-party content, policies, practices, availability, accuracy, security, or fees. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
22. International Users
KIDLIN is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws. You understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects paid Services you already purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you where required by law.
24. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, you and KIDLIN agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
